Why Our Unique Approach is your path to wellness.
At the core of our practice, our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners tailor treatment plans to your specific needs — blending medication management with supportive, solution-focused therapy. We work with clients ages 8 to 65+, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions to make care accessible wherever you are.
Our therapists are skilled in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. This ensures every client receives treatment that is clinically appropriate and individually effective — no matter where they’re starting from.
From Start to Recovery - Let us be your passenger
-
Step 1: Your First Visit – Getting to Know You
We start with a comprehensive intake, where we listen to your goals, symptoms, history, and preferences. Whether you're seeking a medication review, a therapy referral, or you're not sure yet, we guide you without pressure.
-
Step 2: Treatment Planning Co-Created with You
We build a plan that reflects your needs. This may include medication management, supportive therapy, or both. Each may be scheduled separately or a comprehensive combined appointment.
-
Step 3: Ongoing Suppport, Structured & Accessible
You’ll continue seeing your provider for scheduled medication management appointments. If you’re also receiving therapy, you’ll have separate sessions with one of our licensed therapists.
-
Step 4: How Our Services are Structured
Medication management and supportive therapy are separate, billable services — each with its own clinical purpose and session type. Our providers take a combined approach to help you achieve the most desired result out of your experience

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy
Our team uses a variety of techniques tailored to your needs — whether you're focused on day-to-day coping or working through long-standing patterns.
-
CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Helps identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that influence mood, behavior, and self-esteem. Ideal for anxiety, depression, and everyday stress.
-
DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Combines mindfulness and emotional regulation skills to reduce intense emotions, impulsive behavior, and relationship conflict. Especially helpful for emotional sensitivity and trauma recovery.
-
Motivational Interviewing
A conversational approach that strengthens your internal motivation for change — often used for addiction, health behavior change, or feeling “stuck.”
-
Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores past experiences and unconscious patterns to understand current emotional struggles and relationship issues. Great for long-term insight and emotional depth.
-
Solutions-Focused Therapy
Targets present goals and practical solutions. Rather than dwelling on the past, this therapy helps clients use their strengths to create change quickly.
-
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Emphasizes emotional safety, trust, and empowerment when addressing trauma. Treatment is paced to avoid retraumatization and support long-term healing.
